We are looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure Manager to manage, support, and strengthen the organization’s systems infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, security, and efficiency of core IT systems supporting HQ, business users, and retail operations. The ideal candidate should be technically hands-on, independent, and comfortable working across Microsoft platforms, Azure, Nutanix HCI, backup solutions, web hosting, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Infrastructure Support

Administer, manage, and support Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint, Exchange, and Intune.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.

Provide basic administration and support for Linux systems where required.

Manage and support Microsoft Azure servers and services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and availability management.

Administer and maintain Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure.

Manage and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication, including related cloud backup solutions.

Oversee web servers, web hosting services, DNS, SSL certificates, and domain management.

Cloud, Backup & Security Operations

Ensure system infrastructure is secure, properly maintained, and aligned with IT security policies and best practices.

Support system patching, access control, backup validation, and recovery readiness.

Monitor system performance, availability, and security-related alerts.

Support audit requirements, compliance activities, and documentation where required.

Business & Retail IT Support

Provide technical support to end users across HQ and retail outlets.

Support retail store IT issues, system access, infrastructure connectivity, and operational requirements.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve IT issues and support business operations.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalation, troubleshooting, implementation, and system improvements.

Maintain proper system documentation, including SOPs, configuration records, access controls, backup procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration.

Strong experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and Windows Server administration.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure server administration and cloud infrastructure support.

Basic working knowledge of Linux administration.

Experience managing Nutanix HCI and Veeam Backup & Replication.

Familiarity with web servers, hosting environments, DNS, SSL, and domain management.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to support both IT infrastructure and business operations.

Able to work independently and take ownership of infrastructure-related matters.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking retail staff, stakeholders, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator or equivalent.

Nutanix Certified Professional.

Veeam-related certification.

MCSA, MCSE, or other relevant infrastructure certifications.
