Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team delivering cybersecurity solutions through implementation, support, and regional project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage post-sales activities for cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions.
• Participate in large-scale project implementations across local and regional environments.
• Provide on-site services including system setup, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Deliver technical support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through analysis and use of knowledge resources.
• Provide 24×7 standby support for maintenance and critical issue resolution.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for troubleshooting, configurations, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, presales, vendors) for smooth execution of projects.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint security solutions (e.g. EDR, antivirus).
• Monitor endpoint alerts and respond to security threats and incidents.
• Perform malware analysis and root cause investigations.
• Assist customers in implementing endpoint protection policies and remediation actions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT network support and administration.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR, antivirus platforms).
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as routing and switching technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCSA are preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to work extended hours and participate in standby duties.
