🚀 We’re Hiring | Supply Chain Transformations – Program Manager 📍 Location: Singapore 🏢 Team: RL Supply Chain Transformations We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering technology solutions, system enhancements, and process automation that enable smooth NPI workflows. 🔹 What you’ll do: • Lead end-to-end programs supporting NPI operations • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies • Coordinate across engineering, operations, and business teams • Drive system implementations, tool enhancements & process automation • Facilitate requirements workshops, UAT, and change management • 🔹 What we’re looking for: • 5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or product development program management • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, PLM, and factory capabilities • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects • Hands-on experience with PM tools like Jira, Smartsheet, etc. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ✅ Experience in NPI or product development lifecycle is a strong advantage 📩 Interested or know someone who fits?
