Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Supply Chain to support Reality Labs, which focuses on consumer devices
The role requires core/strong hands‑on experience in supply chain operations within the consumer / electronics devices ecosystem, combined with project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and deliver supply chain–related projects for consumer device programs
• Drive process improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
• Work closely with:
• Planning teams
• Inventory & warehouse operations
• Third‑party / contract manufacturers
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers in regions such as China and Vietnam, including:
• Data flow alignment
• Process standardization
• Operational streamlining
• Support or lead systems implementation initiatives related to supply chain
• Ensure timely execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across projects
Mandatory Experience & Skills
Domain Expertise
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain, including:
• Demand & supply planning
• Inventory management
• Warehousing & logistics
• Contract manufacturing models
Industry Background (Very Important)
• Prior experience in consumer devices or electronics ecosystem
• Profiles without consumer / electronics supply chain exposure will not be considered
Project Management Experience
• Proven experience managing multiple supply chain–related projects
• Experience in:
• Process improvement
• Systems or tool implementations
• Cross‑functional stakeholder management
Communication & Collaboration
• Ability to clearly articulate supply chain concepts
• Strong coordination with global and regional stakeholders
