Finance Analyst (Banking|Up to $7k)

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading banks in Singapore. Job Scope: Daily deliverables: • Daily PL report production and PL decomposition • Provide commentary on significant PL drivers and connect them to the business strategies of the desk • Monitoring of New Deals, Late Deals and Market Operations • Monitoring checks for transactions done at Off Market rates and arrive at justifications/reasons for entering these transactions • Exceptions monitoring on Reported PL vs Trader Estimates and breaches on threshold limits for unexplained PL attributions Monthly routine tasks: • GLAO certification on Balance Sheet accounts • Room wide & Desk level Reserves computation • Reporting of Key Risk and Performance Indicators for the desk Ad-Hoc & Projects tasks: • Streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency within the team • Review control processes for gaps • To provide timely response to ad-hoc queries from Front Office/RMG/TMO/Finance The Talent • Degree holder in Accountancy or Business or Finance is preferred. • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably within the banking industry. • Knowledge of treasury products, derivatives and options is preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel Next Steps • Drop your resume and contact us to follow-up, or send your resume to [email protected] • Email Topic: Apply Finance Analyst • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Jayden Tan Direct Line: +65 6697 7859 EA Licence Number: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R2198828
