📝 Job Responsibilities

• Traffic Management Officer / Security Officer
• While employed by the Company, you agree to work on a full-time basis exclusively for Uniforce Security Services Private Limited and agree that you shall not, while you are employed with the Company, be employed or engaged in any capacity, in promoting, undertaking or carrying on any other business that competes with the Company or interferes or could reasonably interfere with your duties to the Company.

• Duties:
• The Security Officer role, aligned with the Progressive Wage Model (PWM), encompasses all security-related tasks reasonably required by the client within the PWM scope. This includes ensuring safety, security, and order across the assigned premises.

• Traffic Management Officer (TMO) Specific Duties:
• Ensure compliance with the Road Traffic Act (Section 123, if applicable).
• Wear high-visibility gear and stay alert in all weather conditions.
• Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Manage traffic flow inside and outside the school during peak hours.
• Handle uncooperative drivers calmly without argument.
• Ensure safe crossing for students, pedestrians, and staff.
• Use hand signals and verbal commands to direct drivers.
• Coordinate with officers and school staff during emergencies or congestion.
• Report unsafe road conditions, aggressive driving, or accidents to management.
• In addition to the above, the officer will perform any other related or relevant duties as required to support overall security operations and client requirements.

✅ Requirements

• Valid PLRD Security License.
• Traffic Control Management experience.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Responsible, alert, and disciplined team player.
• Prior security experience is an advantage.
