Position Details

• Rank: Senior Security Officer (SSO)
• Shift: Night Shift
  🕙 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM
• Off Days: 6 off-days per month

Key Requirements

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✅ Experienced in rostering planning and manpower scheduling using Excel
✅ Customer service–oriented with good communication skills
✅ Able to work independently in a Command Centre environment
✅ Alert, responsible, and detail-oriented

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels.
• Perform rostering planning, duty scheduling, and manpower tracking using Excel.
• Coordinate deployment with ground officers and supervisors.
• Log incidents and prepare accurate reports.
• Handle calls and provide professional customer service.
• Ensure security operations comply with SOPs.
