• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch • Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks • Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control • Lead, train & manage the store team. • Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams • Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance • Handle escalations and peak volume operations • Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)
