Finance Manager [Up to $10K | North | MNC] RRKC

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations for Singapore while supporting selected APAC accounting activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-set accounting and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, payroll accounting, inventory, and general ledger transactions
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, GST, corporate tax, statutory requirements, and internal policies
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax matters, and financial reporting requirements
• Support U.S. GAAP reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and regional finance reporting
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements
• Oversee cash flow, banking activities, payment processes, and treasury-related matters
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support business decision-making
• Review work performed by finance team members and provide guidance where required
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance-related projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
