Finance Manager [Transfer Pricing | Up to $9K] RRKC

Role Summary

• 12-Months Renewable Contract
• Up to $9,000/month + 1-month bonus
• East (Mountbatten)

Role Responsibilities

• Business Partnering
• Partner with commercial, operations, and regional teams to support business initiatives
• Provide financial analysis on pricing, margins, and cost optimization
• Oversee full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS / local statutory requirements
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Transfer Pricing & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and documentation in line with OECD and local regulations
• Work closely with tax advisors on transfer pricing strategies and reporting
• Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper pricing and documentation
• Trade Finance & Operations
• Manage trade finance activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), trust receipts, and bank facilities
• Ensure proper accounting and control of import/export transactions
• Liaise with banks and external parties on financing arrangements
• Foreign Currency & Treasury
• Manage foreign currency transactions, including revaluation and FX gain/loss recognition
• Monitor exchange rate exposure and support hedging strategies where required
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
• Compliance, Audit & Controls
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and corporate governance requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is an advantage
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in trading / distribution / import-export environment
• Strong experience in:Transfer PricingTrade Finance (LC, bank facilities)Foreign currency / multi-currency accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial controls
