Job Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead, this role is responsible for the hands-on administration, support, and optimization of endpoint and collaboration technologies. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining and enhancing desktop, mobile, and collaboration platforms, ensuring secure and reliable operations, and driving technical improvements within the digital workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support endpoint platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using Intune, SCCM, and GPO.
- Implement and manage virtual desktops, software deployment, central patch management, and endpoint hardening to meet security and compliance standards.
- Work closely with the Service Desk as L2 support to resolve escalated technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance endpoint security, user provisioning, and digital workplace capabilities.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain collaboration and communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and enterprise email systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for internal use.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in enterprise endpoint administration and technical support roles.
- Technical expertise with Microsoft technologies, Intune, SCCM, Azure AD, and endpoint security solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to document technical processes and deliver effective technical support in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with change management processes and cross-team collaboration.
