About The Role Our client is a growing US‑based Investment Firm seeking a humble, warm, and proactive Receptionist to join their expanding Singapore office. This is a front‑of‑house role that requires professionalism, adaptability, and a genuine enjoyment of supporting both people and operations. Key Responsibilities • Front Desk & Office Support: Serve as the sole front‑of‑house presence, welcoming clients, guests, and candidates with professionalism. Manage calls, mail, couriers, and occasional errands. Maintain a clean and presentable reception, lounge, and common areas. • Meeting Rooms & Hosting: Oversee meeting room calendars, ensure readiness for guests, prepare refreshments, and assist with client and investor hosting. Support visitor travel arrangements and desk setups. • Pantry & Supplies: Keep pantries stocked and tidy, prepare snacks, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors and cleaners. Ensure printers and stationery are maintained. • Team Assistance: Support travel arrangements, expense claims, and document preparation. Provide general administrative assistance across the office. • Facilities & Vendors: Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and onboarding of new joiners. • Office Culture & Events: Coordinate breakfasts, teas, social activities, and occasional firm events, contributing to a positive and collaborative office culture.
