ENTERPRISE SCRUM MASTER & PROJECT MANAGER (12-MONTH CONTRACT)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICT ENTERPRISE SCRUM MASTER AND PROJECT MANAGER (12-MONTH CONTRACT) to lead the delivery and operational support of enterprise technology solutions across multiple business units. The role involves coordinating system implementations, managing application enhancements, and ensuring the stable operation of critical digital platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure technology initiatives are delivered effectively while meeting operational and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of ICT initiatives, including system enhancements, upgrades, and operational improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business and system requirements.
• Coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities across internal teams and technology partners.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation.
• Facilitate system testing activities, including user acceptance testing and release readiness reviews.
• Support production environments by coordinating issue resolution and enhancement planning.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service levels are maintained across technology partners.
• Provide regular project updates and documentation for internal governance and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 13+ years of experience in IT delivery, software development, project delivery, systems implementation, or enterprise application management.
• Experience managing large-scale application portfolios or enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendors and technical specialists.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and system implementation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting government or large public sector technology programs.
• Exposure to Agile delivery practices or structured project methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with project tracking or service management tools.
• Ability to work in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
