You will plan and deliver education programmes in order to help foster holistic learning and development for the children and be involved in parent and community engagement What You Will Be Working On If successful, you will attend a full-time Kindergarten Teacher Training Programme and be deployed as an English Medium or a Malay Language MOE Kindergarten (MK) teacher on completion of training. The training programme will provide you with an understanding of how children grow and learn in the early years. We will equip you with the necessary skills to plan and develop activities which are appropriate for the children’s holistic development through an integrated approach to learning. We will enhance your learning with close guidance and coaching, especially during the practicum stint, so as to help you better prepare for your role as an English Medium Kindergarten Teacher or a Malay Language Kindergarten teacher in our MKs. As an MOE Kindergarten Teacher, you will: • Organise and deliver the curriculum and programmes • Support the development and implementation of teaching approaches and preparation of learning materials and resources • Provide a positive learning environment • Ensure children’s well-being and safety • Engage parents and education partners • Monitor and document children’s learning and growth What We Are Looking For Applicants with the following: • Commitment towards the development and well-being of children. • Dedication towards sparking curiosity and the joy of learning. • An energetic personality. • Effective communication skills and the ability to engage children. • Enthusiasm and creativity to nurture the next generation. • Strong in multi-tasking and organisational skills. • Fitness and stamina to deliver lessons, and resilience required to engage children safely and carry out their duties effectively. You will receive an email with the instructions if you are required to undergo the medical examination. * Applicants will be required to undergo a compulsory 5-day stint at an MK, if further shortlisted after the interview. * Applicants may be required to register and pass the English Language/MTL Entrance Proficiency Test (EL/MTL EPT) before being offered employment.
