Job Description We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administration Support to handle daily office operations, administrative coordination, and team activities. This role combines general administration, project support, event coordination, and scheduling responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Key Responsibilites Administrative & Office Support • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendar arrangements • Prepare and maintain simple reports, records, and documentation • Assist with office coordination, procurement, and general administrative matters • Support travel arrangements and logistics when required Project & Operations Support • Assist with coordination and follow-up for ongoing projects and operational activities • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to support smooth communication and task completion • Maintain trackers, updates, and related documentation • Support simple billing, invoice, and reporting-related tasks when required • Assist with ad-hoc operational and administrative duties Events & Meeting Coordination • Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and team events • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and preparation for events and activities • Prepare meeting materials and take meeting notes when required Communication & Team Coordination • Support communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth administrative operations Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements • Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration or related fields • 1–2 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience preferred Skills & Competencies • Good organizational and coordination skills • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Good verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude Additional Information We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
