About the Company China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd ("CCDC" or "the Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary set up by CSCEC in Singapore. About the Role The role involves managing construction activities and progress independently while smoothly coordinating with the technical team and ensuring quality and safety on site. Responsibilities • Manage construction activities and progress independently • Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements • Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives • Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work • Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period • Ensure the quality of work • Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager • Prepare daily progress report and work schedule • Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site • Attend project meetings • Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability Requirements • Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent • Min 8 years of working experience • Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff • Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
