About the Company China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd ("CCDC" or "the Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary set up by CSCEC in Singapore. About the Role This role involves managing all quantity surveying and contract administration functions, including cost analysis, procurement, progress and variation claims, and final accounts for construction projects. The position requires close coordination with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost control, timely claims, and effective contract management. Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyze cost comparison • Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers • Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off • Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments • All other QS related job Requirements: • Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent • Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders • Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
