We are looking for a hands-on Executive, Real Estate Analytics to support site evaluation, leasing activities, and portfolio tracking across KFC & Pizza Hut Singapore. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in real estate analytics, and who enjoys translating data into practical, on-the-ground insights. This role is positioned at an Executive level and is best suited for candidates early in their careers. What You’ll Do Analytics & Reporting (Core Focus) • Analyse site performance data (sales trends, catchment, traffic patterns) • Support and contribute to site feasibility assessments for new locations • Prepare and interpret reports, dashboards, and trackers to support decision-making • Maintain accuracy of leasing, site, and portfolio data Market & Site Evaluation • Support identification of potential sites across Singapore • Conduct on-site visits to validate data insights and understand trade areas • Gather competitor and market intelligence (footfall, tenant mix, positioning) Leasing & Administrative Support • Assist in lease documentation, renewals, and tracking of key timelines • Coordinate with landlords, agents, and internal stakeholders • Maintain proper documentation and filing of lease-related records What We’re Looking For • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or related field • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in real estate / retail / F&B / property-related roles • Strong Excel and data handling skills • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with numbers • Willing to be hands-on and on-site, not purely desk-based • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams Why Join Us • Exposure to real-world site selection and leasing decisions • Build a strong foundation in real estate analytics within a commercial environment • Be part of a fast-moving, multi-brand QSR business How to Apply Interested candidates, please apply.
