Senior Software Developer

Backend – Python, Dajngo

Frontend - React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (frontend).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and development of the portal application.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and Django.
• Build responsive UI using React and modern front-end frameworks.
• Exp. in development of KYC platform and workflow management.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of the application.
• Mentor and guide developers and junior team members.
• Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD, deployments, and environment setup.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of overall experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django (backend) and react, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (frontend).

• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Exp. in development of KYC platform and workflow management is must.
• Must have technical lead exp.
• Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
