Role Summary As part of the Front-of-House Crew, you will be the face of the brand — welcoming guests, ensuring smooth service, and creating an enjoyable dining experience for every customer. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that celebrates energy, positivity, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities • Greet and engage customers with warmth and enthusiasm • Take and process orders accurately while managing payments efficiently • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining area • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders • Support daily opening and closing operations Requirements • Prior experience in F&B or customer-facing roles preferred • Energetic, positive, and reliable team player • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Willing to work weekends, shifts, and public holidays • Passionate about great service and team collaboration The successful candidates will receive the exclusive opportunity to work directly with the founding team and experience what it’s like to build the next KFC or McDonald’s from the ground up.
