Assistant Engineer (RMS)

Responsibilities • Customer Interaction: • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, presentation, and resolve issues. • Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating records and tracking order/delivery statuses. • Reporting and Analytics: • Generate breakdown/energy reports, forecasts, and aircon performance metrics for the sales team and customer. • Analyze airconditioning data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Collaboration: • Work closely with the sales team, engineering team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives. • Coordinate with customer to ensure timely delivery of products and services. • Sales Process Management: • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. • Support the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns. • Documentation and Compliance: • Maintain documentation related to product presentation, manual, feedback and improvement. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering • Experience in project handling, preferably dealing with air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems is an advantage • Strong analytical skill • Good communication and coordination skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
