IT Operations & Project Manager (Airport IT Systems)

• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Salary: Up to $5,500 SGD

Are you passionate about managing critical IT systems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Project Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day management of airport IT systems. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of vital airport technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with airport stakeholders to gather user requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Work alongside technical teams and vendors to propose comprehensive technical solutions and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure successful project and change management to meet technical, functional, and business objectives.
• Oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of critical Airport IT systems.
• Continuously review and improve business and IT processes as part of ongoing optimization efforts.

Specific Requirements:

• Experience working with critical 24/7 systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.

Essential Qualifications:

• Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• Preferred certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Project Management.
• Knowledge in Networking, System Administration, and Cyber Security is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related technical domains and industries.
• Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
