IT Business Analyst (6 months contract)

Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary: $3800-$6000
Location: Enabling Village, 20 Lengkok Bahru
Eligibility: Only Singaporeans

Responsibilities

• Engaging internal stakeholders/business units to gather, collect and document their business needs, processes, and pain points.
• Prepare clear workflows, use cases, user stories, user guides / manuals and functional specifications.
• Run Proof of Concept (POC) for business processes using products from GovTech
• Facilitate discussions between technical teams and business units and support in change management

Specific Requirements

1. Minimally an IT or Business IT Diploma / Degree holder
2. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
