AVP, Finance (Financial Industry, Trade operations, Up to $6k) (ID: 695013)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to gather project requirements.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside the project team.

• Prepare comprehensive User Guides and tutorials for end users.

• Ensure all stakeholders are informed of updates and changes to the project plan.

• Manage daily fund movements for CPF/SRS and Fixed Deposit transactions.

• Oversee the daily movement of Endowus funds and maintain interest rates for related products.

• Prepare memos and announcements as required.

• Review third-party payments and receipts.

• Address inquiries from trading representatives and external partners.

• Handle ad-hoc tasks, including compliance and audit-related queries.

• Investigate system issues related to platforms like FNZ and Endowus.

• Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including drafting, updating, maintaining, and annual reviews.

• Approve payments to Fund Houses, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to tasks.

• Effective problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Agentic AI, and Macros is an advantage.
