Woodlands / IT Infrastructure Support Engineer/ diploma

Job Scope:

1. IT Infrastructure Support

· Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.)

· Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi

· Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers)

Requirement

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

· 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration

· Knowledge of:

o Windows OS (client & server)

o Network support (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi)

o PC setup and troubleshooting

o Basic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup)

o IT security (antivirus, firewalls, user access control)
