Job Summary
The Business Analyst drives product outcomes by delivering actionable insights, conducting market analyses, evaluating solutions, gathering user insights, defining success metrics, building dashboards, and analyzing post-release results to inform strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights by collecting and synthesizing data to guide product development and business decisions
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to evaluate potential solutions and inform product strategy
- Gather and analyze user insights to identify needs and improve product experiences
- Define clear success metrics to measure product performance and impact
- Build and maintain dashboards that visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders
- Analyze post-release results to assess product effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Assess the impact of requested changes and resource requirements to support informed decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in computer science or product management is a must
