Technical Support Engineer (Polymers / Injection Molding)

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical solutions covering engineering polymers, tooling, CAE analysis, and injection molding applications.
• Support commercial teams with technical expertise to meet short- and long-term business and budget targets.
• Translate customer application requirements into material property specifications for R&D and new material development.
• Conduct molding trials, application evaluations, and technical negotiations with customers.
• Deliver technical marketing, training, and product support to customers, distributors, and business partners.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding or engineering polymers
• Hands-on experience with chemical or plastics analysis is an advantage
• Comfortable to travel overseas as when required
