Project Manager (Investment Bank|Up to $13k)

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks. It is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. It is a contract role ending 31st Dec 2026.

The Job

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across all levels of the organization.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and validate deliverables against business needs.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and successful project delivery.
• Run governance routines, senior working groups, and prepare project dashboards and reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies between workstreams.
• Manage project financials, resource planning, and variance tracking.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to improve reporting and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI integration within project workflows.
• Support change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards.

The Talent

• Experience in Financial Services, especially Investment Banking and Global Markets Operations.
• Knowledge of structured business analysis (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with SharePoint workflows and document management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Knowledge of AI concepts and experience using AI-powered tools (i.e. Copilot) for reporting or automation
