Senior Telecom Manager

Job Description & Requirements

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Engineering Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role. The Senior Telecom Manager is responsible managing a team of engineers while providing technical leadership and engineering support to assigned projects. This role requires both people management along with hands-on technical oversight and departmental support to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the standardization of engineering documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage and maintain engineering software tools, licenses, version control systems, and related resources.
• Develop, implement, and enforce engineering workflows, processes, and quality assurance procedures.
• Promote knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering department
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and introduce technical innovations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team with right support, objectives and performance reviews,
• Lead and guide with right decision-making support for telecom engineering projects.
• Meet project requirements, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations with engineering standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic & Electrical Engineering (EEE),Computer or IT & System Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in Telecom Engineering and project delivery in Oil &Gas or Renewable Industry. Experience in System Integration projects is preferred.
• Manage both engineering and people
• Knowledge of engineering documentation standards and software management.
• A hands-on approach along with strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical expertise in multiple Telecom systems and solutions.
