AWS NETWORK ENGINEER

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering with AWS or hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, DHCP, BGP, VPNs, routing, and load balancing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS networking services:
  VPC, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, Route 53, Direct Connect, Load Balancers, Network Firewall.
• Strong experience in network architecture, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust network design principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Advanced Networking – SpecialtyOR AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
• Palo Alto Networks Certified Next-Generation Firewall Engineer
• Experience working in government, regulated, or high-security environments.
