Senior Engineer (MRT Projects) – Voice Recording & Telephone Systems

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Voice Recording and Telephone Systems for large-scale MRT and rail infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems while managing stakeholders and leading technical teams end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, procure, install, test, and commission Voice Recording and Telephone Systems for MRT projects.

• Lead project delivery across the full lifecycle, coordinating with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support for both hardware and software-related system issues.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including technical reports, progress updates, test records, and as-built drawings.

• Track and manage design changes, testing outcomes, approvals, and compliance documentation.

• Lead and supervise engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring milestones are achieved.

• Support tender and bid submissions by preparing technical proposals, system designs, and cost estimates.

• Work independently while managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic project environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in MRT, rail, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

• Proven leadership experience with strong people management and conflict resolution skills.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under changing project requirements.
