- Provide operational support for Azure cloud infrastructure and associated services.

- Respond to incidents, service requests, and event alerts within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

- Perform troubleshooting across Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.

- Execute routine operational tasks such as system monitoring, health checks, service restarts, backup verification, and configuration validation.

- Manage and support monthly patching activities for Windows and Linux environments.

- Assist in change implementation, maintenance activities, and patch deployments following established procedures.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation and ticketing records.

- Adhere to incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

- Support compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and operational standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and service management teams to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Azure cloud environments.

- Strong understanding of networking principles.

- Experience in system administration for both Windows and Linux environments.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Terraform, configuration management, and continuous integration tools.

- Proven experience managing patching cycles in enterprise environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

Additional Information

- Experience working in a 24/7 production support environment.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes or service management frameworks.

- Relevant Azure certifications are a plus
