Business Analyst - 12 Months Contract - SGD6.2k

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Support solution design, including technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to project documentation such as project plans, status reports, and client communications.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations, effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Engage in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Primary Skills:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in a related field  
• 2-3 years relevant experience in business analysis, technical consulting, or similar roles  
• Basic knowledge of Java, Javascript, SQL, AWS Cloud, and debugging skills  
• Independent, detail-oriented, and collaborative  
• Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
