• Collaboration: Work closely with tech, operations, and wealth teams across regions.
• Project Delivery: Define scope, gather requirements, manage backlog, and deliver features using Agile/Scrum.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate updates and maintain strong relationships.
• Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to enhance platform performance and user experience.
