Digital Product Manager (Wealth/ Equity) Contract l $7K

Key Responsibilities
1. Deep Market Understanding

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of equity trading products and market dynamics.
• Stay updated on market trends to anticipate client needs and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure the platform enables clients to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

2. Collaborative Leadership

• Build partnerships with Product Managers, Technology, Operations, and wealth business segments across regions.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage creativity and efficiency.

3. Project Management

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritize requirements to align with business objectives.
• Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
• Apply Scrum and Agile frameworks effectively.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and changes clearly to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

5. Driven and Results-Oriented

• Adopt a proactive, results-driven approach to achieve product objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user experience.

6. Data-Driven Optimization

• Analyze platform usage data, client feedback, and market trends to refine the platform for optimal performance.

7. Business Continuity

• Support user live verification (User LV) for project releases and platform maintenance.
• Address production issues and contribute to platform enhancements as needed.
• Maintain back-office data configuration, including trading calendars.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing wealth management platforms with excellent knowledge of equity trading.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets and client needs in wealth management.
• Solid project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
