Job Description

Assist in managing FBS disputes on behalf of sellers on time. Validate appropriate data from the system, analyze proof, and collect evidence to ensure a proper course of action is being pursued. Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes. Assist in RO Creation Assisting OSG concerns via IHT and tracker. Escalations via email across SBS shops and other stakeholders To consolidate all switching orders with the corresponding SKU for reconciliation purposes
