Translate sales forecasts into actionable outbound plans and key operational metrics to ensure warehouse operations are well-aligned with business pacing and run efficiently. Monitor actual performance versus projection, identify gaps, and drive adjustment plans to maintain service level and operational efficiency. Regularly review and improve forecast accu
