Operational Excellence Intern - SPX Express

Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within SPX Express Operations. Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all hub operations in Malaysia. Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement. Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance. Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
