Region Manager (South)

Drive operational excellence across our key regional hubs in the North, South, or Northeast. Reporting to the RC Operations Lead, you will spearhead end-to-end sorting operations in a high-volume, semi-automated environment. We are looking for a mobile leader capable of managing multi-site throughput and ensuring 100% volume completion across locations such as: South: Surat Thani, Hat Yai Operational Leadership: Overhaul daily sorting flows and BPO performance to consistently hit throughput KPIs
