Manpower Control Tower (SPX Express - Contract)

Manpower Management: Collaborate to assess and adjust manpower requirements based on operational needs. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to conduct/control Shuttle & Line Haul allocation. Reporting: Prepare presentations, progress updates, and detailed reports for reporting manager to inform decision-making and highlight key outcomes. Support: Perform any duties as assigned to support Strategic Workforce Planning team
