Lead and coordinate security teams to ensure effective manpower deployment, client engagement, and operational reporting within diverse security environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the security team to maintain operational effectiveness and team cohesion
• Manage daily manpower deployment to ensure adequate security coverage across assigned sites
• Plan and organize weekly staff rosters to optimize resource allocation and shift coverage
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing security operations and incidents
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and management to address security needs and feedback
• Deliver customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client and public inquiries
• Provide leadership that motivates and guides team members to achieve security objectives
