Job Summary

You will lead recruitment and manpower planning initiatives within a reputable security company, ensuring compliance with MOM and PLRD regulations while optimizing hiring processes to secure qualified candidates for diverse assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to source, screen, and select candidates aligned with assignment requirements and company standards
  • Apply knowledge of MOM and PLRD regulations to ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies that reflect current market trends to attract high-quality candidates
  • Coordinate manpower allocation and scheduling to meet operational demands across various security projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information for audit and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address HR-related matters and support workforce planning initiatives
