Senior RPA Automation Engineer

Senior RPA Automation Engineer with 7+ years of IT experience, including 3.5+ years working on the banking project. Responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, VBA, and Python while ensuring banking compliance, accuracy, and stability.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, enhance, and support RPA and automation solutions for Bank.

· Design and maintain VBA automation frameworks for Excel-based business processes.

· Automate Excel–Outlook workflows including mail extraction and automated responses.

· Develop automation scripts using Python where required.

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into automation workflows.

· Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms.

· Support UAT, production deployments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.

· Collaborate with global stakeholders for requirement clarification and status updates.

·  Ensure compliance with banking standards and SDLC processes.

·  Maintain technical and process documentation.
