Job Description
Act as a Business Analyst supporting insurance sales, distribution, and policy servicing functions.
Work closely with agency and distribution teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Support agency compensation and commission processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business rules.
Analyze end-to-end insurance workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Operate as a self-managed individual contributor, independently driving requirements gathering and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure timely and effective solution implementation.
