What The Role Is Legal Counsel What You Will Be Working On For Litigation and Enforcement related work: • advise on legislations within HDB’s purview; • advise on enforcement, litigation and prosecution cases relating to residential and commercial properties; • review terms and conditions of agreements and other legal documents relating to tenancies for residential and commercial properties; • advise on, vet and draft tenancy agreements and other related contractual documents; and • attend to court applications/hearings. The Legal Counsel will also be required to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a wide range of interesting and challenging projects, must possess good interpersonal skills and able to lead and manage a team. What We Are Looking For Requirements:- • Bachelor’s Degree in Law • Admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore • Relevant experience of at least 5 years preferred
