Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a Consultant Low-Code Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform + SharePoint) with minimum 3 years to design, build, and support modern business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform —especially Power Pages and Power BI—and SharePoint Online. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to turn requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications and portals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Power Pages portals (authentication, site structure, forms, Dataverse integration, web roles/permissions, styling).
  • Build Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards; optimize data models and implement role--based security.
  • Develop Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
  • Configure and customize SharePoint Online (lists/libraries, content types, site structures, permissions, modern pages, Power Platform integration).
  • Integrate with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure services and external data sources via connectors and APIs.
  • Apply governance and best practices for environments, ensure applications meet functional, non-functional, security and performance requirements.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and performance (DLP policies, environment strategy, performance tuning).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Manager, UI/UX and business stakeholders) to deliver quality solution, refine requirements, conduct demos, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and support runbooks; provide L2/L3 support where needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of Hands-on development with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps. Power BI and Power Automate).
  • Strong experience with SharePoint Online configuration and solutioning (modern sites, lists, permissions, and integration with Power Platform).
  • Experience working on Public Sector projects is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio or AI-powered workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for customising Power Pages theming.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL and/or Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles).
  • Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in Power Platform (Solutions, environment strategy, deployment pipelines/Git).
  • Understanding of security, identity, and access management in Microsoft 365 (AAD/Entra ID, roles, RLS).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to plugins, integrations, data integrity, and platform limitations.
  • Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, PL-300).
