About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically capable IT professional to support and enhance business operations within a Fund Management environment. This role focuses on delivering business value through technology, working closely with stakeholders, and driving process improvements through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver value through technology enablement.
• Analyze existing business, data, and technical workflows, and propose improvements with clearly defined target-state roadmaps.
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects in a timely manner based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute system testing, ensuring issues are resolved prior to UAT.
• Provide application support, including issue investigation and monitoring of daily batch processes.

MUST-HAVE Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong exposure to AI-enabled solutions (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Studio, or equivalent tools) -Advantage
• Strong requirement-gathering skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and SQL.
• Working knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau, and VBA.
• Experience or strong interest in Copilot and Copilot Studio is highly advantageous.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Prior experience in a Fund Management environment is an advantage.
