AI Engineer/ Business Analyst

• Direct AI agents to monitor competitors, quality check internal products, and execute research workflows to gather relevant market data
• Identify gaps in existing workflows and extend them by integrating new data sources, questions, and output formats
• Conduct detailed competitor teardowns covering products, funnels, pricing, positioning, launches, and experiments using AI agents to accelerate analysis
• Evaluate own products from a real-user perspective to identify issues and log discrepancies for improvement
• Translate research findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for Product and Growth teams
• Continuously improve AI agent systems by feeding back learnings to enhance their performance over time

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI agent platforms, automation tools, or workflow builders
• Background in competitor research, product analysis, market research, or exploratory quality assurance
