Job Description

Responsibilities:

Final test yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement.
Daily engineering debug activities.
Documentation for product manufacturability.
Using sound technical judgment to support lot-on-hold disposition.
Produce yield and pareto reports per requirements.
Facilitate testing and shipment of both NPI and Sustaining devices.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
2 years of working experience Product Engineering team working with ATE Test patterns, flows, debug.
Proficient with Adventest T2K or V93K, C++ programming and Python scripting.
