Staff/Principal Software Engineer***

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance from problem definition to solution design, in both greenfield and brownfield implementations.
• Solve complex, high-impact challenges at a national scale, driving innovation that improves efficiency and effectiveness
• Influence the adoption and continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices
• Ensure smooth handover from recommendations to implementation—owning the outcomes
• Build and coach engineering teams, transferring technical expertise and engineering best practices
• Establish standards for assessments, discovery, and solution design

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-squad development teams
• Experience working in different industries, in-house development, consultancy, and public sector
• Experienced in people management, mentoring and cultivating future technical leaders
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
